Q1: How does the fundraiser work?
A1: We will provide you with all of the necessary sales forms that you and your salespeople
will need. During your sales campaign, your salespeople should solicit orders for
any of the Auntie Anne’s products listed on the Order Form. Once the sales campaign
is over, all monies collected by the salespeople should be given to a representative
of your group. This representative will then place an order with your Friends &
Family Distributors Sales Representative for all of the products ordered during your
sales campaign. Once we have received your check and order, you should expect about

Q2: Which products are available for our group to sell?
A2: There are eight different products available for purchase. These include: Auntie Anne’s Soft Pretzels, Pretzel Kit, Cinnamon Bun Kit, Pizza Knots, Gourmet Bread Sticks, Pretzel Dogs, Super Stix, and Dippin’ Topper Stix Fondue Kit.
Q3: How will the product be delivered?
A3: All of the items from your sale will be delivered to your location frozen. You should be able to either distribute or freeze these upon delivery as they should not be left at room temperate for an extended period of time.
Q4: How much money can our organization make with this fundraiser?
A4: As with any fundraiser, the more you can sell the more money your organization will make! While we cannot guarantee the number of sales you will generate, you can expect a profit of up to $5.00 for every pizza pack that you do sell.
Q5: How long does a sales campaign run?
A5: We suggest a sales campaign duration of three (3) weeks. This allows your salespeople sufficient time to promote and sell the products, as well as collect money from your customers.
Q6: Is there a minimum number of sales needed in order for my organization to receive a profit?
A6: No, your organization will receive an average return of $5.00 for every pack that you sell – regardless of number of sales. However, depending on the location of your organization and your order amount, your order may be subject to a delivery charge. This charge will be communicated to you by your Friends & Family Distributors Sales Representative prior to commencement of your sale.
Q7: When should I expect to receive my order?

Q8: Do any of the products for sale contain allergens?
A8: Yes, some of the products contain ingredients that customers may potentially be allergic to, including wheat, nuts and milk. Allergy information is included on each product order form Please contact your Friends & Family Distributors Sales Representative if you have any specific questions about food allergens.
Q9: How can I purchase this product if I am not currently involved in a fundraiser?
A9: Most of the products available in the Auntie Anne’s Pretzel program can be purchased at any Auntie Anne’s retail location. To find the Auntie Anne’s retail store closest to you, visit www.auntieannes.com.
Q10: As the Fundraising Coordinator with my organization, what am I responsible for?
A10: As the primary contact, you will work with your Friends & Family Distributors Sales Representative to ensure that the following steps are taken:
